I don't know how anyone could complain about this place. Like the guy complaining with close up pictures of the floor being dirty... You don't have to eat off it and to make the assumption that the place is always dirty after observing what it looked like after a full day of service, 8:30 p.m. , is kind of ridiculous if you ask me. To the person that doesn't necessarily like "mix-ins" in their ice cream and would rather just have the ice cream. Go to Baskin Robbins. How do you not know that this place is known for hand mixing ingredients? There is also an option to simply get the flavored ice cream by itself. You don't give a company a lower rating for offering something you don't like. With that being said, I went in today and had a good experience. The place was clean, the employees were nice and the ice cream was very good. It was something like 6-7 dollars after tipping them and to me that is not crazy expensive like some have stated. Idk what some people expect to pay when they go out for ice cream but if that's too much, stop at Walgreens on your way home and get a pint. Bunch of over-analytical food critics on here.

I love Cold Stone Creameries, but this one was terrible! The brownies were like hockey pucks and the "mix-ins" were barely there. 2 strawberries? Less than an inch of banana? I will NEVER patronize THIS Cold Stone again!

Let me start by saying that Cold Stone is not my favorite. The ice cream is always "OK". I'm not sure I want "mix-in's" in my ice cream. How bout just regular ice cream? Anyway, we stopped here to pick up an ice cream cake (which was decent, incidently), but being an ice cream addict, I had to get a cup. Unfortunately, there was only one kid working the counter. In the middle of the afternoon, in the dead of summer. That's right. Only one kid. Nice guy and all, but we waited in line for a half hour for a couple cups of ice cream. I had to ask him where his help was --- The answer he gave me was that the other worker was out at the store getting cookies because they ran out of Oreos. Unreal. I almost lost my craving for ice cream after waiting so long in the line. At any rate, the ice cream is passable, but not a place I would rush out for by any means. The service was horribly slow.

Cold Stone has awesome ice cream. I would say, I like it better and Baskin Robins 31. Baskin might have more flavors, but I think Cold Stone has better tasting ice cream.

The one star less than my previous rating is for whomever is in charge of scheduling. Seems they need to reassess Very, very busy this Sunday evening. The wait time is substantial; the line has been consistently to the door for the 25 minutes we have been waiting just to be served. HOWEVER, the TWO (yes only two) workers, are doing their best at keeping this line moving. They're not frustrated or anything. They're doing a great job, considering they have no help at all. I do find it a bit upsetting that the last few times we've been to this location, there is always only two workers bombarded with a line out the door. I think that it's imperative to have more staff here. Especially in June, come on now. Not only for the sake of these kids that aren't even being allowed to breathe for two seconds, but for the sake of the customers that are waiting a very, very long time. I would like to see is location rectify this immediately. It's not fair to either side of the counter. BUT! In closing, I would like reiterate what a great job this young man and young woman are doing. They do deserve some help. Hopefully management sees this and takes this in to account.

Well we walked in sat night 8:30 pretty busy. The first thing I notice is how dirty the floor us when you walk in . There is dirt all along the carpet runner to the counter ugh. Paper on the floor tables not wiped off really really dirty we ordered a couple shakes while waiting I go to the bathroom to wash my hands . The urinal is out of order? But the toliet, not flushed was there dirty and someone pee'd on the floor. I understand that you have stupid people that don't care but Don't you have someone to help keep the place clean? And do bathroom checks? Isn't there a manager to keep the place looking clean and organized ? Not sure if il come here again

When I go for a gourmet ice cream experience, I expect gourmet service as well. I really like Coldstone, they have really good flavors and mix ins, but the line was out the door and I noticed that the ice cream servers did not bother to speed up their assembly line, leaving us drooling while waiting. Otherwise, good ice cream at okay prices. Yum!

Good/different ice cream flavors..tasty toppings for the ice cream flavors... interesting ice cream + toppings combos but pretty pricey. Walk in, pick an ice cream flavor (or two, if you're brave) then pick a topping or two or three and they will mix it together for you with their big silver metal spoons on their cold stone (hence the name). Or, you can pick an already invented combo and they will mix it up for you. If you leave a tip, they will sing you a song... maybe. I believe that's what they are supposed to do but the last two times we have been there they haven't sung. I have a dream of one day opening up a little shop like Cold Stone except replacing the ice cram with different flavored mashed potatoes and replacing the sprinkles and hot fudge with bacon bits and cheese. Oh yeah... the dream lives on.

I've found one of my new favorite deserts...The Apple Pie A La Cold Stone!! Holy Sheeet! Absolutely delicious. It had French Vanilla Ice Cream w/ cinnamon, graham cracker pie crust, apple pie filling & caramel. I was full from eating at Pita Kabob next door, but had no problem scarfing this sucker down! The owner served me up & she was a very sweet lady.
